If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized (commissioned artworks).
